Basic Green Smoothie with Mango (Raw Vegan Recipe)

This is a great introduction to green smoothies. The amount of spinach suggested is a recommended starting point so try adding as much as you can.

If your mangoes are really ripe and juicy you may be surprised just how much spinach you can add to this without compromising the sweet flavor.

I also enjoy this recipe without the water as a green pudding

Ingredients:

Serves 2

2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced

2 handfuls of spinach

1 -2 cups water or coconut water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Add water or coconut water according to your desired consistency.

Pour into a glass and serve

  1. I like the recipe and have written down the instructions so I can try soon. Why not add some flax, chia seeds, or both to put it out of this world.
