Warm almond milk and water together on the stovetop in a small saucepan to just below boiling point. (You don't want it too hot because it can damage the flavor and nutritional benefits of matcha).
Add about a third of the milk mixture to your mug, then add all other ingredients, except the honey. Use a matcha whisk or electric milk frother to blend until well mixed and frothy.
Add honey and stir to dissolve.
Pour in the rest of the milk mixture.

If you don't have a matcha whisk or electric milk frother you can put everything in the blender, except the honey, and blend until smooth and creamy. Make sure your blender is able to handle hot liquids.Otherwise, you can blend everything except the honey, then gently warm it on the stovetop. Pour into your mug, and add the honey last. Raw honey should never be boiled or added to extremely hot drinks, so as to preserve its nutritional benefits.
