Deep Tissue Cleanse

The Deep Tissue Cleanse is a 14-week detox program combining the healing power of the raw food diet with medicinal herbs.

For the duration of the program, you will eat a plant-based diet ideally consisting of at least 80 percent of raw foods with an emphasis on fruit.

Simultaneously you will take a combination of herbal formulas designed to enhance your detoxification process and stimulate cellular regeneration.

The Deep Tissue Cleanse focuses on enhancing the function of your elimination organs including:

Lymphatic System
Lymph Nodes
Kidneys
Liver
Gallbladder
Lungs
Blood
Skin
Colon

The herbal formulas in the Deep Tissue Cleanse will allow you to undergo a complete deep-tissue detoxification. This cleansing process prepares your body for healing and renewal at the cellular level.

The Herbal Formulas

Every day you will take a total of eight different herbal formulas consisting of a combination of capsules and liquids. The herbs are consumed three times a day, about 20 minutes before meals, on an empty stomach.

The program begins with with a parasite cleanse combined with herbal support for the kidneys, lymphatic system, liver, gastrointestinal tract and endocrine glands.

As you progress the herbs are adjusted to allow you to continue to detoxify at a deeper level. Additional support for the adrenal glands is provided during these phases.

Your Detox Guidebook

Included with the program is a handbook to ensure you have all the information you need for a successful detox.

The book includes dietary guidelines and offers advice on how to get the most out of your cleanse. Options are provided so that you can decide if you prefer to detox at a slow and gentle pace or are ready for a deeper detox experience.

Also included in the book is space for you to keep a journal of your diet and physical symptoms.

At certain stages if you find the detox process too powerful I can assist you to adjust your diet and/or herbs so that you have a more comfortable experience. You can also send me your diet journal so that I can offer you feedback on your progress.
