Chocolate Pudding (Raw Vegan Recipe)

Enjoy this rich decadent dessert without the guilt! Make sure your bananas are perfectly ripe for this recipe.

This dessert supplies half of your daily requirement for magnesium, vitamin E and fiber. But it is high in natural sugars so best to enjoy in moderation.

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dried mulberries (optional)
Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Place in the fridge for at least two hours. It will thicken slightly. Spoon into individual dishes. Garnish with optional dried mulberries and serve.
